• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our platform.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain services (e.g., featured listings, premium advertising) may incur fees. All fees are non‑refundable unless expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Car Yard Africa – including logos, text, graphics, and software – is our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
